Susan Piccolo
Davis Insurance Agency was Susan's first experience in Property Causalty Insurance. The agency was owned by family friends of whom she partnered with and began to grow the business.
Her father, Ted Smith of Vintage Bank, had been in life insurance most of his career and she was very familiar with the insurance industry. Susan received both her Property & Casualty
and Group I Life licenses in 1988. She received her CIC or Certified Insurance Counselor designation in 2004. The Davis Insurance Agency has been located in Palmer since 1948. In 2004,
a second location was opened in Waxahachie, Texas.Susan was born in Dallas, Texas and raised in Palmer, Texas. She attended Palmer Independent School District from Grades 1 through 12. She attended Sam Houston State University and is a graduate of Executive Secretarial School of Dallas, Texas. Susan currently resides in Dallas.
Hobbies include playing golf and tennis. She is also a sports fan, and follows the Dallas Mavericks, Dallas Stars and the Dallas Cowboys. Susan is a member of the Palmer Area Economic Development Foundation and currently serves as Secretary-Treasurer. She is also a member of the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce. Susan is a member of Highland Park Presbyterian Church.
Susan is the mother of one son, Barry Williams of BLW Concrete, Inc. Dallas, Texas. Also the mother of the lovely Jaclyn Caldwell. Jaclyn works side by side with her mom at Davis Insurance. Susan is the proud Grandmother of Gavin Caldwell, who is currently enrolled in Cornerstone Christian Academy.
Carol Dixon
Carol began working for Davis Insurance in 1997. Her previous employment was at the Palmer Independent School District. She also had worked with one of the agency's current insurance carriers,
Farmers Mutual Protective, as Lodge Secretary since 1995. Insurance became very interesting to Carol, and in March of 1998 she obtained her Property & Casualty License and began writing insurance
for the Davis Insurance Agency. Carol has remained in the area, moving to Ferris, and finally residing in Bristol with her husband, Donnie Dixon. She and Donnie have one son, Donnie Glenn Dixon, who married Donna Witherspoon. Her family has grown to include three wonderful grandsons, two precious granddaughter in laws and the apple of their eyes, granddaughter, Hannah and another great grandchild coming soon!
Carol's favorite hobbies include, reading, cooking and church. They have been a member of the Bristol Church of Christ, since 1979. She invites her family to her home every Wednesday evening for a home cooked meal.....right before Wednesday night church services!!!
Judy Spaniel
Judy Spaniel has worked at Davis Insurance for 8 years. She is the Manger. Her prior years of working at several local banks made
this an ideal fit for her and Davis Insurance. If Davis Insurance customers have a problem with their insurance billing, Judy is happy to offer her help and expertise! Judy works at the Palmer location.Judy was born and raised in Ennis and graduated from Ennis High School. She and her husband of 25 years, Johnny Spaniel also raised their three children in Ennis. She and Johnny currently reside in Telico. They are members of St Joseph Catholic Church, Waxahachie.
In Judy's spare time, she enjoys crossword and wordfind puzzles. She has a very large extended family and enjoys many family gatherings. She is also the grandmother of Andrew and MacKenzie Pierce of Ennis, their Soccer and Baseball games keep the Spaniel's very busy. And there is another grandchild on the way!

Jaclyn Caldwell
Jaclyn Caldwell began her career at Davis Insurance while attending Ennis High School as a Senior in 1998. She began as a receptionist, then
earning her licenses in Property & Casualty and Group I lines of Insurance. Jaclyn currently manages the Waxahachie branch of Davis Insurance.
Jaclyn writes both Personal and Commercial lines of insurance. In 2008, Jaclyn began working with Mass Mutual to also offer Financial Services to our customers
such as life, health, disability insurance, and cancer policies. Jaclyn can help our insureds with most all of their insurance needs!Jaclyn was born in Ennis and raised both in Ennis and Highland Park, Texas. She is an active member of the Waxahachie Chamber of Commerce. Her favorite past time is cooking and entertaining. She treats her friends and family to Italian Cream Cakes, Gourmet Dinners, her grandmother's famous chicken salad, and many other delicious items. She is our resident "Paula Dean". Even some of our customers reap the benefits of her talent for good cooking!
Jaclyn has a 4 year old son, Gavin. Gavin attends Cornerstone Christian School and keep his mom very busy with T Ball games, trips to Rockport and pretty much ANYTHING he desires! Jaclyn is the daughter of Susan Piccolo of Davis Insurance.
Kim Brazier
Kim Brazier, came to Davis Insurance in 2006 as a licensed agent writing both Commercial and Personal lines of Insurance. Kim has an extensive
insurance background, and in 2005 she received her ACSR (Acredited Commercial Service Representative) designation in Commercial Insurance.
She also received her ISR (Insurance Service Representative) designation in 2002. Kim works in the Waxahachie office of Davis Insurance.Kim was born, Kimberly Gail Zabojnik in Ennis, Texas. She is one of three triplets, all girls! She attended St John from Kindergarten to grade 11 and graduated at Ennis High School. Kim has been married for 20 years to James Brazier of Palmer, and they reside just outside Palmer with their daughter, Ashley. Ashley is a college student attending Navarro college and is studying Nursing. Ashley has recently become engaged to Braxton McMurray of Waxahachie. The other members of the Brazier family are their two dogs, Sophie and Sadie.
Kim is very involved with her community. She works diligently for the American Cancer Society and has participated in the Susan G. Komen "Race for the Cure" for many years. She is relay captain for the "Lifesavers Team" in Ennis. Other organizations that she supports are Palmer High School Booster Club, Parent Teacher Club, Palmer Elementary Hospitality Officer and she is a "Reading is Fundamental" volunteer. Kim is also a member of St John's Catholic Church and a member of KJZT. She is a very busy lady, but not to busy to offer Davis Insurance customers Excellent Service and Competetive Insurance Quotes!
